I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The small village nearby had a local grocers shop and a cash point, which was very convenient. The hotel itself had a lovely pool area with sun beds and an outside patio where I enjoyed my breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the continental breakfast had a good variety of options. The inside lounge area was comfortable, and the rustic buildings added to the charming atmosphere.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Nice hotel on a nice location in a village in the countryside. Bathroom was ok, swimmingpool was great. The staff spoke English. We were lucky to stay during a local festival in the village.
No fresh products for breakfast.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled in the heart of Tuscany. Perched atop a hill, the location was perfect for exploring the picturesque surroundings. the views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, giving us a true taste of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. the room itself was cozy and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. the staff were incredibly helpful and the continental breakfast offered a delightful variety of options. the hotel also had a pool area and an inviting patio to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere.
The outside garden areas could use some sprucing up.

Hotel is surrounded with beautiful Tuscany landscape and has beautiful view from room.
Breakfast was poor and exactly the same everyday. Hotel lacks some mother staff members especially on reception. Value for money is above the average.

Had a great weekend getaway in Tuscany! The views of the countryside were breathtaking, and the quaint village was lovely. Loved that there was a local grocers shop and cash point nearby. The hotel had a fantastic pool area with sun beds and an outdoor patio area where we had a lovely continental breakfast. The helpful staff made our stay even better. We also enjoyed the comfortable inside lounge area, and the rustic buildings added to the overall charm of the place.
I did find that the outside garden areas could use some attention. Other than that minor issue, our stay was fantastic!

The hotel is in a spectacular location with sweeping views of the Tuscan Hills. It is easy to get to Siena or Florence. The rooms were very large and the bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast was very generous. The town is very quiet but has two very good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, beautiful surroundings, nice "old stile" furniture, doors, and design of the willa. Nice swimming pool and leisure area, but you need to love cold water from the pool, and to have something against mosquitos in the evening.

Overall experience was not satisfactory. We have been expecting much more from our xmas stay. the only good points about the hotel were the stunning views that we could witness from the outside patio area and the very rustic building that gave us a little sense of charm during our stay. we appreciated the local grocer shop and the cash point that was conveniently located within the small quaint village.
On the negative side, we were extremely disappointed with the outside gardens of the hotel that were in desperate need of some care and attention. the pool area was quite small and not as attractive as portrayed in the photographs.

Very pleaseant stay with magnificent view over the valleys and hills. Great area to relax and to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan country side
Difficult to locate. Luckily there were some signboards from about 10km from Tavarnelle. The Jacuzzi did not work or the instructions how to use it was not clear or explained and that was the reason why the room was booked.

The view!!!!! Our room was huge, so well decorated, quiet and regal. What an amazing stay, looking at staying there again next year for 2 weeks with the kids....exactly the kind of vacation we were looking for.
No nightlife or dinner restaurant on the property. However, a 1 minute walk away was the centre of town with a great outdoor restaurant and some like entertainment. Perhaps, they could let us know what is happening in the town so that we could attend.

Beautiful scenery
We had a bat in our room the second night of our stay...couldn't find anyone to help us in the middle of the night and had to sleep in the lobby. No adjustments to our bill or apologies from the management.

The view was fantastic! The room was spacious, comfortable and romantic. We even had jacuzzi in our room that we happily used!
